Help with dedicated server.

I have set up my dedicated server using steam tools and every time I run it it says "Sim paused" but it wont show up in server browser

Your Configuration and logs kinda don't match. You set your overworld to launch on port 10999, but the logs say that it was launched on port 11000. The caves on the other hand are set to launch on port 11000, and fail to bind to said port, because said port is already in use, which tells me that you have both shards set to run on the same port.

This shouldn't really affect the server listing though, since a caves shard is not necessary for the server to list or run.

Did you wait a few minutes after starting up the server? DST servers usually take a few minutes till they properly get listed.

Check if you can directly connect to your server by using the command

c_connect(<IP>,<port>,[password])

(leave away the comma and password if you don't have any password set.)

Do you run the server on your local machine? (The same PC you are gaming from.) This apparently can cause issues as explained in this thread: https://forums.kleientertainment.com/topic/50001-solutions-hostclient-in-same-pc/

I don't run the server on the same PC I run it on a spare pc
