Job tiers (OC - 253538)

  I don't see much of a reason for higher tier jobs. If I can passively train upto 20 in a skill then the only reason for a given job is to unlock abilities. 1-2 Electrical/Mechatronics engineers, the rest stay at tier 2-3 depending on how many abyssalite miners and couriers I want. An apprentice builder would cap at 22 skill verses 26 skill for Senior. Not much of a difference when you also need food +2 and decor +75 for senior.

Might want to lower the max trained, cap the skill based on jobs mastered or spread out the unlocks a bit more.

I think it's that way because they rolled back part of the job stuff but wanted to leave the base system in place. I feel like they're going to be refining the system and will be adjusting the various skill levels as they decide what they want to do.
