I would like to know if it worth it to wait and try and get it or wait for someone to get it and sell it on the community market, or just buy the bumble spear because that will never even happen. Dreamscape18459 Posted January 1, 2018 Share Posted January 1, 2018 The drop system seems to be bugged. Hallowed Nights event items are dropping and some players have found Pugna's battle chests. I think the Rose Pike is bugged and not dropping entirely. Every other Rose collection skin has been on the market except this one. These bugs have been reported so hopefully Klei fixes them shortly after returning to the office. The contents of a gift box are determined as soon as it shows up in the top left, before you even open it. That means if somebody got a gift during an event, but then waited and opened it after the event was over, it can still have that event's items in it. The Classic curio chest that contained Hallowed Nights Elegants originally dropped 4 days ago, well after the Hallowed Nights event. If its Klei's intention to find event items year round then the system is completely fine. I don't think it is as JoeW said that the character costumes would only be obtainable during Hallowed nights. Either Klei changed their mind without telling us (unlikely) or it is a bug. (more likely.) I mentioned the Pugna battle chest as Hallowed Nights items and the Rose Pike are not working as intended. I personally have not found a Pugna's battle chest but it is possible it may be bugged. (As the item drop/trade inn has had a lot of issues lately.)
