Capacity Sensor, Turns on when the refrigerator, battery, or storage compactor in a specified direction of it is full or whatever. You can use door compressors to compress gasses indefinitely (they only condense at a temperature, not at a pressure) and you can do the same to liquid if you bug it with a layer of gas (but watch out, only airflow metal tiles will prevent the tank from having a blowout!) but I expect that airflow and metal tiles will likely get some strength upgrade that makes them less god-like when used for reservoirs.
