That sparked this idea if there was a hydro generator at the bottom it could work making power to run the steam cooling operation. the second idea is pneumatic compression to compress air and use it to be put in there. for one say you have polluted oxygen and oxygen in the base you can filter the pumped air to a new location like a enclosed area of puffts for what ever you need like oxygen producing farm. the pneumatic compression outlet can be built as a wall unlike the vents. please don't criticize but instead help.
