Scrap Metal

When you deconstruct a building or destructive dupes attack it,you should get back a certain percentage of the original metals as scrap of the same material. Copper scrap, for example. Small objects you should be able to move anyway like tables and chairs would return 100% of your materials. Other buildings would return 80% material and 20% scrap. Vandalized items would be 50/50.  Then introduce a scrap refinery that would turn scrap into usable material at a 2:1 ratio. So if a dupe damaged a building you'd lose time turning half the scrap back into resources and lose materiel in the refinery.
