Trouble with burnable component.

I need some help with where to put some a piece of script.  I have added health to my structures which works fine, but the problem is when they are set on fire the flames reduce the health quite a bit but then it stops with a remaining high  value.  I want to insert a bit of code at the point where the structure is charred/burnt and set it's health to 1.  I thought it was in the OnKilled bit of burnable.lua but that didn't work for me.
