Hey @fineco, welcome to the forums. Please try not to spam the forums with the same issue and be patient when waiting for replies. Firstly I suggest disabling any mods you may have active when playing DST. Check out this Klei Support Article: Network and Performance Troubleshooting Guide for more methods that may help fixing your connection issues. My best guess is, whoever the host is (either you or your friend), the host's PC does not exceed or at the very least meet the requirements the game needs to run/host a server properly which is why you're experiencing lag despite having OK internet. Sadly, I can't think of any workaround for that which doesn't require getting better hardware. Sorry, cheers.
