Anyone know how to make a music mod for DST?

I would like to make a music mod with some songs I like for DST, but I can't figure out how. I checked out some of the tutorials online, as well as the Klei forums, but they don't seem to work for me. I have downloaded the Mod Tools and I know that you are supposed to use the FMOD Designer, but that's about it. I am in great need of some guidance here.
