Bright and prosperous future

Well... Randomly generated colony names suggest, that this is a dystopia. So... Make it dystopian! We could need another, "progress" research tier (like tier 3 research, using an evil lab for evil science, so evil research). Firs, we would be given a new job, a laboratory mouse. This would consume a labmice dupe (and exhaust a pile of bones) per a research point and give us following techs (that I did not attempt to ballance anyway):

Beaurocracy - we can make beaurocrate desks that produce nothing (using paper). Paper is made of reed fiber in a paper loom (and is a resource fo more stuff later). Beaurocrats also use 120W (playing solitare is somewhat important for them). They grow loyal for that. Given two new stats, loyalty and frustration, we could make it being ballanced to miss a rebellion.

Dupe reviver - ressurects a dupe. Using another one, for spare parts. Finally, lump freshprints will be usefull.

Virtual reality - gives us a virtual reality chamber, so the dupes can see the sun, beautiful, Earth nature, be free and happy... And then, stresslessly go back to work. This should be addicting as well.

Execution chamber - a quick way to dispose a dupe.

Military research - whis one gives you a new job - a guard. Better keep them happy!

Vacciliation - allows you to refill a neural vaccilator. With a dupe.

Propaganda - allows you to print propoganda posters, using paper. Their decor would be negative, but they would boost the loyalty among yokels.

Neural suvailence - allows you to build a neural scanner - a machine, that would predict rebellions (the could go domino), so you can pop the trouble maker in an execution chamber in advance.

Robotics - you put a dupe in a control room and he operates a robot, performing his tasks. A little bit poorly, but at least stressless, needing only energy and allowing you to keep your dupes in one place.

Biorecycler - allows you to put together a pile of bones and some algae to produce a brainless, perpetually lump dupe. Enjoy!
