Stress Difficulty

I like to have a bit of a challenge when playing the game, but the current higher difficulties on stress feels a bit artificial.
On fatalistic, all dupes just receive a permanent +20%. This does indeed make it harder, but it doesn't feel as rewarding when you do manage those +20%.
My idea is that instead of having stress penalty, on fatalistic or pessimistic mode, other stress effect just get boosted:
- soaking wet gives +50%, instead of +20%
- decor expectation gives +30% instead of +20%
- etc.
I think this will make it feel like you really have an option to avoid the stress, if you put in the effort, instead of getting a +20% dumped on you constantly.
P.S: Maybe get comfy beds to reduce stress more than regular beds, for a bigger insentive to build them.
