Little devices that measure how many grams of liquid/gas have flowed through a given segment of pipe, or how many joules of energy through a given segment of wire? Ideally they'd have two displays, one for the amount measured today, and one for the amount measured since the gauge was last zeroed, with a little button to zero it. These would be great for tuning a base. In my current base, for instance, I'd love to know how much water my oxidizers are consuming, how much my purifiers are purifying, and how much is actually coming into the base from the geyser.
