Add code/notations for buried objects in the yaml files for POIs and templates

Just a note, buried object locations don't get copied into the debug tool's output saves, or via the copy tool, as well they don't show up in the yaml files for POIs and other templates.

Another note, cracked tiles (buried objects) may be of artistic use for POI makers.

From what I can tell, buried objects look like they have their own distribution layer in worldgen.
