Klei's only chance to redeem themselves with Winona

Just like how she's able to craft faster, she should be able to pick plants just as fast. Not instant pick, just faster pick. You could even have a Wilbur-like plant pick where she's slow at first but then gets fast at mass-picking

It doesn't make sense that she's a character who revolves around doing work efficiently, but she still picks grass/berries/etc at the default speed

That's it. One change. It doesn't make her op at all, yet it makes her desirable enough for lots of players to want to pick her because of getting things done quicker

I honestly don´t get all this Winona hate. Do Klei really have to "redeem" themselves?

The way I see it, she crafts quickly because she´s good at building things, that doesn´t mean her hands are fast with everything.

Personally, I´d like to be able to use her duct tape on armor and structures, simply because it´s duct tape. Maybe give structures an additional 10% of their max durability (so something with 100 HP would have 110 when you apply duct tape to it). I just really like the concept of "duct tape for everything", you know?
