Subcycle Timestamp on mouse over cycle counter, or in the daily reports. What time is it?

Recommended Posts

It doesn't show us what time it is in the cycle. In other words, 22.xx or something reminiscent to an hour-of-the-cycle clock or the aforementioned percent of the cycle.

This may throw confusion on scales if it's not a percent of the cycle - one can more easily make estimations based on whole numbers like the difference between 22.35 and 25.43 rather than 22+hours,minutes, etc. - and then turn around and wonder how long a cycle is supposed to last and on and on... relativity strongly suits fractions of a whole, on can then defer to math - knowing how many seconds are in 3.08 cycles (1848).

Just carrying on between various speeds - trying to time something without a stopwatch or just make a mental note of what time it is in the cycle when something ended or began - it's a booger not having concrete evidence of what time it is in the cycle via the sim itself ( just an accuracy thing ).

Currently shows us how many cycles the colony has survived and how long we've played, the two don't really correlate, their separate pieces of information.

Add more line " a cycle which lasts 600 seconds in total, with 525 seconds of daytime and 75 seconds of nighttime."

Yes, something to that effect would also be nice to read somewhere in the game - that's just at base speed though.
