The Human Body Challenge

I just came up with a pretty interesting challenge of which I would absolutely love to see screenshots.

 

The human body is a machine. Just instead of pipes, we have veins. Instead of industrial machinery, we have organs, etc. So, the idea behind this challenge is to design a base, as large as possible while still fully functional, that looks and works just like the human body.

As much of the base should be as closely resembling a human from the inside as possible, including the way you place wires to resemble nerves, pipes to resemble arteries, the position of your individual machines according to their function, etc.

I suppose there is no real ending to this challenge or way of winning. For now, lets just say that the person with the best design shall become title holder of the challenge.
