Sanity auras for butterflies (and more)

So, let's get straight to the point. I think that Butterflies and flowers should give a small sanity boost, because butterflies are colourfull even with low sanity, so you think it would make you more sane. And Evil Flowers give a sanity aura, so why not normal flowers?

Now, how about a small sanity decrease aura for the alive mandrakes, because it would drive me insane. But you should also be able to kill them, too.

It's possible to kill mandrakes, just not quite easy. You need to have multiple speed boosts to be able to hit it, usually. Or use ranged weapon/get it stuck. Just pointing this out.
