Good mod tool for total beginner

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone could share a simple mod tool, if it exists, that a total beginner at modding could use. I am not sure if this is even possible, but I figured I would check because I wanted to try to make a Nigel Thornberry mod. Or maybe there is a request or contribution place to get it done. I am pretty surprised it hasn't been done yet for this game.

The current tools are pretty much already aimed at total beginners.

I will give it a shot then. Do you happen to know if there is also a request or contribution place as well in case I fail miserably at pulling this off?

If you want to ask for request/contribution, you can try here, but be aware that people are often willing to help, but not doing entire mods, most of the time.

Yeah, I just realized it means I would have to draw up the character and I can't do art to save my life haha. I will see if maybe I can find someone who can whether it is free or not. It would just be a new character mod. Thanks for the help.
