It would spawn near the magma since they appear near volcanos. Sulfur chemically fits in between Phosphorus and Chlorine on the periodic table, which are already in the game. Uses for Sulfur: Make Sulfuric Acid to build better Batteries, Food preservative, Wine Bactericize, Fertilizer, Gunpowder, Medicine, Pesticides/Fungicides, Vulcanization of Rubber.
