New water distillation design?

Recently, I was trying some design of water distillation (making it steam and then cool it) for purify the polluted water and found a video about using lots of battery to do this job.

However, after the thermal update, the battery seems give out less heat, and will take damage at 125 ^oC (if using gold), the boiling point of  polluted water is about 120 ^oC, so the temperature is quite difficult to keep.

So, is there any suggestions about a new water distillation design? (except using magma)

Use partially submerged liquid tepidizer to boil the liquid.  Do note it is likely an exploit so use with care as it may stop working at anytime as the game is developed.
