A library to train the 'learn' skill after research

Not bad idea. There should be some sort of penalty so it would cost something other than time to gain stats though. Maybe have them not be able to sleep that night with a book icon because they are up reading instead of sleeping?

How about a weight machine to train strength as well? Maybe have the training reduce their calories eaten by 500 so they have to eat extra to get full that day.

Sounds like a sim based tech, and a very good one for development from fine dining, which can be seen as a social situation... but it's better with the aesthetics variant

So, I'm thinking it's the next phase after Exterior Design in this case, from here. Please look at that tech, so we can have a real reason for implementing that phase. I remember 'Fallout Shelter' quite fondly, and this is a game sorta like that one.

Love it. Love it. This is a must have.

Nah man time and resources spent keeping the dupe alive doing pretty much nothing to ensure the immediate survival of your base is penalty enough but still a valid point. I love your strength training idea. This game definitely need some stuff like that. Like exactly like that.

At first I thought that maybe dupes increase their strength as they carry stuff around, but then I realised that there is no way to train strength at all. So, yes, I agree with you completely. if they can't train strength when carrying stuff, then a gym would be welcomed.
