zeroiris
An option, possibly on the compost pile to allow specific edibles to be put in like lice loaf or meal lice in order to turn it into compost might be useful. Especially with the boost to bristle blossoms, it would give a use to remaining meal lice seeds and possibly other materials once you have a bristle blossom farm set up or another user for fertilizer. Food already rots on its own into contaminated dirt. If you wanted to store excess food to be intentionally rotted, you could do so by having your primary food storage set at a priority that is higher than your food storage for rot. zeroiris
Yes, but dupes will eat food close to its expiration first though. Unless i make a round-a-bout way for them to store it somewhere then block it off. Sure, he would be able to eat the food still, but he won't eat it faster than it rots.
