As a player once everything is given to you in a game what's the point of playing anymore? It's like using cheat codes, the game's no longer fun afterwards. I enjoy being pushed to explore more and find new things in the game. You can balance a lot of Maker machines by giving them an energy cost, since that means you're expending resources to get exactly what you need. More energy efficient to search for it.
