Storage Compactor Should Require Dupes to Empty

The Storage Compactor is one of the few elements of the game world you can interact with physically without using a duplicant as an intermediary. When you change the allowed contents on a compactor, disallowed objects are immediately ejected from the compactor. Instead, I think changing the settings on the compactor should set up a job (with a little red icon: "Invalid Contents" or similar) for a dupe to come and remove the items.

The same should also be true for the liquid and gas valves if they aren't already (haven't used them as much). They should work like the electrical switches where a dupe has to come and adjust them.
