Name says it all. Some sort of a building, that cost no resources (bad idea) or is collected by dupes rather then destroyed into resources (better idea). Reason for that is not to leave any unreachable stuff laying around, as it is now with ladders: say I made a pit, placed some stuff at the bottom, destroyed ladders and then sealed the pit - in that case some resources will be left at the bottom. Not to mention huge amount of ladders built and rebuilt in large scale mining operations.

Alternative would be a jetpack for miner-dupes, but that's just cheating. And way harder to implement on so many levels, at least I think it is.
