lemmethink Posted February 17, 2017 Share Posted February 17, 2017 suggestions for liquid management. 1. is it possible to provide the total volume of a liquid contain in a rock formation? 2. provide total volume of liquids/gas pumped through each unit. ie.100 gallons pumped from the liquid pump to electrolyser. electrolyser utilized y gallons. and a button to reset the totals. reason for asking is because currently I can't tell the water use rate for the water -> O2 system and it looks like there are significant lwater osses. 3. There should be a purge button on buildings that stopped because of contaminated water in the building. Or let clean water push the dirty water out. My electrolyser won't function because of residual contaminated water and I had to destroy and rebuild 4. Lastly, the building should state more clearly why its stop. GrayEmbers Posted February 21, 2017 Share Posted February 21, 2017 I would also really appreciate being able to know the total volume of a body of water rather than just the tile I'm hovering over. It felt like I was losing water to a glitch or to a weird flow, but I couldn't confirm it since I didn't really know before and after volumes. Related, it would be wonderful if I could mark a body of water as "use this source" for duplicants when pulling fresh water resources by hand. I wanted one resevoir to be for machines, but I had a ladder into it while building piping, and they took a lot of water from it by hand for unrelated purposes since it was convenient. There was another body of water they were using before that I want them to always use. So now I have to wall off this machine-only pool whenever I'm not actively building pipes so that they don't steal water from it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
