Is dfly slightly randomized or sthing?

Usual strat for soloing her with wolfgang is "do 6 hits, then if you feel the need to wait a little — do so, then dodge and repeat" However Sometimes I feel like her attack cooldown is like 6.5 default +0.5 seconds from 2 stuns since I have to wait waaaay longer then Im used to. Reseting her sometimes makes it usual 6+0.5. That can be mitigated by dodging on road whenever you see the attack coming, but I'd like to know for sure... Or I dunno what can be causing that(thats not just me going too far or not far enough, Im certain)

Also, her movement speed also feels dependent of something. Perhaps on "is there any alive lavaes" or something, but hey, tell if you know for certain, I didn't bother with testing her movement speed yet. You can keep distance between you and her the same at the start of the battle, but after phase transition she gets about 25% bonus movement speed.
