[HELP] A New Reign dedicated server not displaying in server list

HI

I've purchased a dedicated server to play some of the beta with friends. But the server isn't visible in the server list, but it does show up here: https://my.jacklul.com/dstservers/ I hope someone can help.

I can connect to it using the console and IP.

I know nothing about dedicated servers. Is this a port issue? How do I fix this so the server is visible?
