I have come across an issue whilst attempting to host a Don't Starve Together (anewreignbeta) Dedicated server. Whenever I open my server, the caves open up just fine, but the master server tells me it cannot check if its port (11000) is open on the firewall, then it says it has failed with the error's details being "SOCKET_PORT_ALREADY_IN_USE".
