Hello everybody, this is my first time writing in the forums.

I recently went into retexturing already existing structures and mobs.

 

I'm facing a problem and I don't know the cause of it, can you pleeeease help me? I would be so grateful

This is my problem-->

Small white blocks or lines appear around my retextured objects. (the picture retexture is just a darker version of the pig house)

 

Before you ask, no the lines don't exist in the layers when I work them, the patterns and color changes are very clean. Those white things appear only in game, not in the .png files.

 

Also if that helps identify the problem, I use TEXCreator and TEXTool for my convertion method. My TEXCreator options are DXT5 (pixel format) ,1D (Texture type) and for Mipmap I usually go with Default or Bicubic (or high quality bicubic) because I'm experimenting till my white blocks are gone!

 

Can you guys help me out?

PROBLEM SOLVED!

Apparently I was doing everything correct with the "drawing ove"r process of the retexture BUT the convertion between .tex and .png wasn't good enough due to using TEXTool, my problem got solved as soon as I used Ktools (specifically Ktech) through cmd commands convertion. With the exact same files the white blocky thing didn't appear. 

 

After that I experimented with bunch others textures and continued using Ktech and NO problem appeared :)
