GunpowderDonut Posted June 29, 2016 Share Posted June 29, 2016 So basically, there's this thing happening whenever my friend launches the game. The screen immediately goes grey, and then crashes. He's uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but it didn't do anything. Is there any way for him to fix this issue? JanH Posted June 29, 2016 Share Posted June 29, 2016 If the game is crashing as you are trying to launch it, please ensure that your computer meets the game's minimum system requirements. Also, please make sure that your graphics drivers have been updated to the most recent version. Out-of-date drivers may cause issues with various software. Should the issue persist, please provide us with your DxDiag.txt and client_log.txt files.
