GuyNamedChris Posted March 30, 2016 Share Posted March 30, 2016 Welcome to the forums! No, Together and Singleplayer are two seperate games. You don't need to own Singleplayer to access Together. In fact, only one of you need to buy multiplayer because it comes with 2 copies which you could gift to the other over Steam. Hope that helps!
