It clearly does. A second DLC that works alone and has equal or slightly more content than SW. The only thing kept between the 2 standalone editions is the Sea. But if both are installed, there would be a worldgen option to use content from both. Caves on Beaches, Volcano, a ton of new biomes, no more empty sea, new crockpot dishes, new treeguards, 2 new giants (Something Snake King & Mild Season boss), etc. It's really not hard to understand.
