Zillvr Posted March 8, 2016 Share Posted March 8, 2016 Hey @Cherrycaptain welcome to the forums. Can you attach the log.txt file found under Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether to your next reply? That may help narrowing down where the issue starts. For now you can also try to move (to another folder) or fully delete the mod folders in Steam\SteamApps\common\Don't Starve Together Beta\mods, they are listed as workshop-#########'s. Then try to start up a new world. If that doesn't work you can also try to verify the integrity of the game cache (source) of the Don't Starve Together Beta on the steam client. If you don't know where your Documents folder is, it should be under C:\Users\Username\Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether. Zillvr Posted March 10, 2016 Share Posted March 10, 2016 @Cherrycaptain based on your client_log.txt file it seems the game couldn't access/delete the session folder called 566A253D43B535D7. According to the client_log.txt file try and go to Documents/Klei/DoNotStarveTogether/client_save/session/ and delete the 566A253D43B535D7 folder manually, then try to start up your server again. If that doesn't work, you seem to be running a lot of mods from the Mods tab. I'd suggest you diagnose all the mods you have on by turning each mod on together one by one until the game starts getting stuck on the Server is generating World. It may be due to conflicting mods that edit or modify the same parts of the game and may have issues with compatibility with each other. I have a few questions though: Did you have mods on along side these preset settings? Were you using a Saved Custom Preset or did you manually toggle each preset setting before generating the world without saving the new preset settings?
