Coffee Bean Posted January 11, 2013 Share Posted January 11, 2013 hey guys so I got a don't starve chrome key in a giveaway and wanted to claim the steam key, so I started the game and went into options then product keys to retrieve the steam key. I was then asked to enter the chrome key to get it translated but it told me to login to my humble bumble account that I've bought the game with, problem is that I didn't BUY the game, it was given to me as a gift. Toaster Fu Posted January 11, 2013 Share Posted January 11, 2013 Welcome! That's how it used to work. Now you just get four keys when you buy the game. So if the person didn't send you a steam key when you won then, there's no way to get a steam key. Sorry.
