Installing mods to the new dedicated server.

I'm a bit of a n00b when it comes to this and It's my first time setting up a dedicated server, after a couple hours i understood how to set up my maps. My next problem i'm trying to overcome is setting up mods on the dedicated server. Is there any way to just copy and paste the mods i use on my normal non dedicated server to the dedicated server? If not then would anyone be wiling to help me understand how to install mods onto my own dedicated server?

You should be able to copy all the folders to /home/user/server_dst/mods in that folder you also find dedicated_server_mods_setup.lua , that file sets what mods are active. in your individual cluster folders you will use the  modoverrides.lua and that is what you use if you want to config your mods.
