Allows you to edit all settings pertaining to fishing.

Settings Information

You can change the following settings:
- Minimum wait time 
- Maximum wait time 
- Minimum strain/reel time 
- Maximum strain/reel time 
- Amount of times per day ponds spawn new fish 
- Rod uses

Usage notes:
a. Strain time is the amount of time you can reel, before losing the rod.
b. Leave 'Rod Uses' at default, to skip application entirely, if you want to avoid overriding changes made by another item-changing mod. 
c. Does NOT require you to make a new world before taking effect. 
d. This mod only works if the host of the server has enabled it. 
e. When using this mod as a host, this will apply to all the players on the server.
