OS X Modding tools question

Have a nice days, guys. I want to make a character mod and  have some questions. I am using mac.
So, I downloaded "Don't starve tools" from steam, I think it consist of  Mod uploader, Sublime text, sprite exporter and ds to spriter ( I guess it packs images to DS image format?).

So, my questions are:

1. Where I can found how to use this scripts?
2. Is it everything I need to create a character mode or some mod tools isn't available for mac yet?

Second of all, feel free to post a thread there or in the DST mod section once you create a mod, to talk about it with others, and/or when you have any difficulties wuth your mod, I'm sure someone will help you! (Like Mobbstar or DarkXero, these guys rock!)

Second of all, do you also have FMOD Designer and/or Tiled? FMOD is mainly used for adding new sounds to the game, like for mobs or for your character, and Tiled is used for creating set pieces for worldgen mods.

I don't know if the DS Mod Tools ever got mod support, but I hope you can either find other softwares to import sounds and/or set pieces to your mods, or at least a work-around of sorts
