[Bug Report] Can't Refuel/Repair Items Through Inspect GUI

I happened upon this issue when I was refueling my boat lantern with bioluminescence. Once I opened the Inspect GUI via right clicking my Armored Boat, drop-clicking Bioluminescense onto the Boat Lantern doesn't work. In the video below I have a few mods on namely Display Food Values, Combined Status, Ice Fling Check, and Minimap HUD.

 

So I tried the same process without mods in a new world but the issue still persists. I also can't fuel the boat lantern with fireflies. I suspect that the issue lies within the Inspect GUI, and not the fuel item. In this new world, I also tried replicating the issue with a Cargo Boat by storing a used Miner Hat, Boat Lantern, Bottle Lantern and Clothes that can be repaired by Sewing Kit in it's inventory slots. I also wasn't able to refuel/repair these items through the opened Inspect GUI.
