[Help-plz] Create a mod of food

I want to make a food mod, making with 2 eggs and 1 honney (with hands, not cooking) make the food, the food restaure 100 of hungry and 20 health, this is for a character who im creating, he is finished but i want to make this food from him, how i can make that? (i dont know who i need save it)

I suggest you use the default game's code as an example. Look at how crafting recipes are defined for the creation of your item, and look at the code for existing food items to discover how to make them edible.
