DangWoodchuck
I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but... Klei said that the caves and surface have their time synced, but it seems like the caves' times are bit slower than the surface. For example, if you go to a cave just as it turns dusk in the surface, it'll still be daytime in the caves. Time seems even more slow in the ruins. So much so that some days that pass in the caves/ruins aren't even registered in the surface. For example, you're 12 days in your first season (presumably Autumn or Spring) and you go in a cave for about 9 days, enough for the next season to come. You come out of the caves, and the clock says it's day 20, even though it's already the next season (it should've started around day 21). I tried setting the schedule back to normal in my world that's having this problem by using console commands to start seasons early or late and I think the problem does lie within time delay in cave/ruins exploration. So why does time move slower downstairs? Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/61788-do-caves-delay-time/ Share on other sites
GalloViking
I don't for how much, but the cave time and outside time are totally delayed. For exemple leaving a cave during the day time can result into appearing in the night time outside. Pretty sure that the delay can't be more than one whole day.
