Just to be clear, you have a 1366x768 Monitor with a GTX 960 GPU, but you can't change the resolution from 1932x1086 into anything else. Did I understood that correctly? If yes, then I recommend that you manually change the resolution under the [graphics] tag in the settings.ini found under Documents/Klei/DoNotStarveTogether and hopefully that should work. The game should be closed first before you edit the settings.ini. You can edit it with just a notepad. Change it to your desired resolution, then open the game again. I hope that works if not you can try and verify the game cache AND/OR make sure your GPU driver is updated, cheers.
