notdeadredhead Posted December 23, 2015 Share Posted December 23, 2015 So, I had Willow use her lighter one evening, and ever since she has had the loveliest glow around her... all the time. It's a pretty sweet deal to only use the lighter once and never have to worry about Charlie again. I haven't tested to see if it goes away when I close and re-open. (I suspect it does.) However, I suspected this was an unintended boost for Willow.
