Make Ukulele real playable instrument with durability. Player will play one of 3 ranodm tunes with some random effects.

Effects could be:

- put some of the animals around to sleep

- restore some sanity

- attract some friendly animals or monsters (flock of birds, snakes etc)

- small chance to change wheather
