[BUG?] Cooking stacks of 4 or more food becomes wet

I just noticed while playing today that when I would cook stacks of food past 4, they would become soggy stacks even though I and my inventory were completely dry and I was no where near the shore. This was during the mild season, so I suspect it is a bug.

 

This also occurred with some crafting items. I recall specifically a spear and at least one other item would craft as slippery. Fortunately, none of these items were permanently wet, and they dried off within a minute or so.

I noticed the same thing, not only with food but with twigs and grass as well. and some crafted items also become wet from very beginning.
