Help! i keep getting these errors

Context? What mods do you have installed? What DLCs are you using? When did/does this error occur? You can't just post only the error message and expect people to know what the issue is.

Oh, Sorry, well i have installed "Always on status" "Where's my beffaloo" "infinite tent uses" "infinite siesta hut uses" "together forever" "Birds and berries and trees and flowers for friends" "Wormhole Marks" "Growable marble trees" "Chester recipe" "Aquarium" "Large chest" "Renewable world" "Health info" "Black rock shooter" "Mettaton" "Extended indicators" "Sasuke" And "Sans" ,the only dlc i have is the reign of giants one and it always crashes saying "Not enough memory" after 2 or 3 days playing
