This is true even if you have stolen the compile key and the CFO is still on the map.Steps to Reproduce: 1) Have a scientist spawn on a CFO mission.2) Let the scientist get to a guard transporter3) Listen to Central chide you for letting the target escape4) Ignore Central because you're still pinning the CFO.
