NinjaGamer Posted December 5, 2015 Share Posted December 5, 2015 Hey Guys, I just wanted to give my input for this new update, as i think some thing should be changed or added. New Ideas:*The ability to use the fishing rod, in the ocean.*The ability to make a dock with the wooden/stone/etc floor boards.*Maybe a new underwater area which requires a scuba mask & tank etc.*The ability to repair boats with its corresponding material, like rafts bamboo and vines, log rafts logs and grass etc. I feel like its easier just to make a new boat then to use the boat repair kits atm. Changes:*Make poison last for a certain amount of time. I've died to it many times, due to the fact that the poison gland for the antidote is a rare drop, from an uncommon monster.*I feel like alot of the monsters are now easy to evade and kill due to the fact most of them can't go on the ocean, hounds, tall birds, spiders etc. I think that these mobs should have some way to swim after you, like the hounds doggy paddling or the tall birds swimming etc. Otherwise you'll just be able to shoot them with sleeping darts, approach them and easily kill them, ruining combat. Well i hope you like my feedback, so far i'm loving the new dlc and am looking foward to your new updates. And i wonder what benefit would the dock have over landing somewhere, possibly have boats drift out to sea if not tied to a dock. It would also stop the boat from taking durability damage while parked at it. I've died to it many times, due to the fact that the poison gland for the antidote is a rare drop, from an uncommon monster. Just so you know, there's at least 3 monsters that drop poison glands. One is not an uncommon monster, and another one drops it noticably more commonly than the others. There's two other monsters that I suspect also drop it as a rare drop, but have not seen it happen. That said, the name of the game is definitely "Don't Get Poisioned" now. It's easily a death sentence in the early game. Overall it's a much harder game right now, what with gold and gears scarcity, which is kind of fun for the jaded veterans. Not sure how much of that is intended, and how much is due to incompleteness at this stage.
