Tastycakesnails
I was playing Don't Starve: Shipwrecked, and was trying to find a island with sticks, when I came across a reef. Normaly I just go though it, but I noticed something on a coral rock. It looked like brain coral, and I have no idea what it is. I have a screen shot of it on steam, but how do I put the screen shot in my post?
Darcia
Found it earlier in my game, it's edible. If I recall correctly it helped sanity but hurt health.

Darcia
You can't? Hmm, maybe it's still growing. I went back to mine and picked it again, definite boost to sanity and hunger, and a hit to health.
OrderedChaos
You can use it to build a hat if you have a couple jellyfish too. The description says it makes you smarter, but I'm not sure what that means.
DawnShadow
The hat (Brain of thought) allows you to craft things without having them prototyped, but it's use is limited.
