The problem is that I can only use tools at 100% durability in said recipes.Now being as impatient as I am, I'd rather fix this problem myself. So the real question is, what is the api for referencing tools at any durability? (If I have to make a recipe for each durability state, maybe use a for loop?). Second question is, is there anywhere I can find the API documentation so I don't have to ask here on the forums? As far as I can tell, there isn't any basis for not working at any durability in the code.
